The production was awarded the national “Ulan Zala” prize in the “Premiere of the Year” category. It is based on the memories of veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
“Love, friendship among peoples, devotion and courage, faith in a bright future, patriotism — all this can be felt at the military musical “Talyanochka on the clearing,” say the artists of the Kalmykia State Dance Theatre “Oiraty” themselves.Viewers will be able to see how, between battles, despite fatal wounds, the Soviet people could relax: sing, dance, and enjoy life. Although all the characters are composite, viewers will be able to recognize the respected B.B. Gorodovikov in one of the main characters.
