“Oirats” is the only group in Kalmykia that employs talented artists not only from other regions of Russia but also foreigners!
Nyamaa Gantulga graduated from the Choreographic School in Ulaanbaatar and came to us in Kalmykia from fraternal Mongolia.
Vladimir Nadbitov, the choreographer and director of the Oiraty State Theatre and Cinema, says: “Unfortunately, we can’t offer people a high salary, so the artists don’t come to us for the money. We are very pleased that the artists are attracted by the theatre’s creative repertoire and the professionalism they learn here in practice! Working at the Oiraty State Theatre and Cinema gives them enormous experience and helps them develop their personal skills.”
