The State Dance Theater of Kalmykia “Oiraty”, as part of the delegation of the steppe republic, actively represents Kalmyk national culture in the city of youth “Sirius”.
By presidential decree, the Festival started on March 1 in the federal territory of Sirius. It brought together 20,000 young Russians, as well as 10,000 foreigners!
Under the leadership of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, Batu Khasikov, the participation of the delegation from the Republic of Kalmykia was highly appreciated for its organization and excellent presentation of its unique culture.
The magical world of Kalmyk cuisine has come to life at the Russia for Taste food festival, which has become a real oasis of flavors and a celebration for all connoisseurs of the country’s cuisine, presenting the guests with masterpieces of national cuisine: Kur, Mahan, Dotur, Mahan Sheltyagan, Berigi and other delicious dishes!
The forum brought together more than 20,000 participants from 180 countries. Master classes, discussions, concerts are planned ahead. But this is only part of the program for the upcoming 6 days. The main thing is new friends, as well as the desire for harmony and cooperation!
